Worst place ever. If you come to pick your friend up here. You get in take some drink and use restroom. Then go back to your car and congratulations you got 200 buck ticket for parking violation
It’ll be fine your first year. Then you’ll realize: they simply painted over the mold in your bathroom, half the washers and dryers are broken in the laundry room, the boiler is old and breaks down constantly... They’ll up your rent by a ridiculous amount if you want to stay. And - when they see all the damage FROM AGE as you move out - they’ll charge you $800 for the renovations they already had planned anyways. This place is a money grab, a corporate scam. UPDATE: Move-out experience was smooth and the charges were completely fair. ====== We've lived here for a bit more than a month now. The move-in experience was smooth. The apartment was not exactly in new condition, with a very long list of things we documented so we aren't charged for them when we move out (although nothing that required repairs, mostly the walls are in bad shape but painted over as well as the baseboards; new flooring installed atop old flooring so a couple of doors drag the floor when you try to open the... read more
Came in to check out possible apartments. Staff was able to tour an ideal apartment for me. Anna was able to explain the whole price breakdown and process step by step since I've never lived in an apartment or had experience how the leasing process goes. The apartment location is tranquil and at an ideal location with stores and gyms nearby.
