They’ll up your rent by a ridiculous amount if you want to stay. UPDATE: Move-out experience was smooth and the charges were completely fair. ====== We've lived here for a bit more than a month now. The move-in experience was smooth. Came in to check out possible apartments. Staff was able to tour an ideal apartment for me. Anna was able to explain the whole price breakdown and process step by step since I've never lived in an apartment or had experience how the leasing process goes. The apartment location is tranquil and at an ideal location with stores and gyms nearby. Briarwood responds quickly to their reviews and not their maintenance requests. Here’s what one of my walls looks like. The rest of the unit isn’t much better, but there’s only so many layers of paint they can use.
