Came in to check out possible apartments. Staff was able to tour an ideal apartment for me. Anna was able to explain the whole price breakdown and process step by step since I've never lived in an apartment or had experience how the leasing process goes. The apartment location is tranquil and at an ideal location with stores and gyms nearby. The duck pond is a nice touch
Briarwood responds quickly to their reviews and not their maintenance requests. Here’s what one of my walls looks like. The rest of the unit isn’t much better, but there’s only so many layers of paint they can use.
I recently had a wonderful experience touring this apartment community. Ana did an excellent job clearly describing every aspect of the apartment and highlighting all of the community amenities. I had some concerns about pricing and potential move‑in costs, but she provided a detailed and transparent breakdown of everything I should expect.
