TLDR: Terrible place to live. Lived there for one year and promptly moved out. Also interesting to note that in every review they just ask you to email the leasing office.. yet I brought all these up in the moment and they did nothing? But when the complaints are public, they want the appearance that they are proactive and care. (they aren't). College town so options are limited but avoid these apartments if you’re an adult or graduate student at all costs. Shoddy communication, mice, and other issues. Move out process was a joke, and be prepared to pay for carpet cleaning even if your carpets are clean. Area is decent though. Check all other spots in the area for this price is my advice.

We've lived here for a bit more than a month now. The move-in experience was smooth. The apartment was not exactly in new condition, with a very long list of things we documented so we aren't charged for them when we move out (although nothing that required repairs, mostly the walls are in bad shape but painted over as well as the baseboards; new flooring installed atop old flooring so a couple of doors drag the floor when you try to open them, etc.).
