The location is a huge win—super close to campus, but still tucked away enough that it feels peaceful. My furbaby loves the Bark Park and nearby parks/walking paths. The apartments are very spacious with lots of natural light☀️☁️

I wish I could leave a better review, but this is the no-nonsense explanation of what you're going to get at this apartment. Pros: - the apartments are basically soundproof. I couldn't hear my neighbors at all, the exception of the upstairs neighbors. However, since I was on the bottom floor, I only heard them in the living room above me. It is officially my one month review and I wish I did not move into this complex. I had a tight turn around to start my job and this was one of the only places open with a washer and dryer. The washer and dryer is a major plus. So in that case I would give it a 2.5. HOWEVER, my walls are literally crumbling off. When I moved in there were mud marks on the floor.
