I liked living there and people minded their own business and the scenery is nice and it’s close to a lot of stores however when it came time to move we went to the office to wrap up any concerns with the office. It wasn’t the main office manager nor the maintenance man but a second office manager I had never met before who told us we couldn’t move out and wouldn’t explain why and tried to degrade me. Shady shady shady. Dont let the cheap rent fool you, this place is a dump. The owner is a shady character as well as the guy who runs it. Don't expect to get the deposit back, as it's not happening. Dont move here after the hurricane damage is fixed either. Quick, cheap repair job. Good luck.
