Overly did not have a good experience. First- leasing manager is never in the office and i mean ever! Could never see or get ahold of her except for maybe getting call backs after calling a hundred times. Second- neighbors were noisy all hours of the day and throughout the night. Manager was called several times and was no help. Third- Location is safe but living next to veterens is horrendous. People like to rev their vehicles at all hours day and night. The manager of the building was so rude and unprofessional, she put down the phone while I was speaking with her, she never answered my calls and never called back !!!
Great Apartment. I lived here for 1 year and everything was great. Best Apartment in Altus for the price. The other apartments in the area are over priced for the area and outdated. I had one of the renovated two bedroom apartments and I loved it. Ms. Deanna in the office is greatt!!! She is really nice and will take care of you if she can! They say they are in the works of getting a fence around the complex, once thats done then this place would be perfect!!! We had our hot water heater go out and cause a minor water leak. The maintenance and the office staff were on it with excellent response time and coordination. Deanna and Eddy have always made sure we were taken care of. The rapid fix of the Water heater/leak was like something I’ve never seen. I will and forever be grateful! Thanks Deanna and Eddy!
It was a great place very peaceful.
