Three people I knew moved out within the last year because of the new landlord. Called and harassed them everyday over nothing. All 3 were mothers with small children. Wish I could put 0 stars. Not a place to raise a children. Many tenants have yelled at children playing and most of them are males who stand outside most of the day smoking cigarettes. This place is not what it used to be. Save your money and your peace of mind — don’t go to briarwood
