How about by fixing a problem with the a/c unit one of your tenants has had problems with for the past 4 yrs that no one seems to be able to fix... even when they just installed a brand new a/c unit 3 hours ago and its frozen over with 1 to 2 inch thick ice
Was black mold in the buildings have been trying for 3 months to get my security deposit no one ever in office when I call or go there. 100%woukd not recommended!
Dear Briar Wood Apartments, I have been trying for over two months now to receive back the pro-rated rent and security deposit from your Okmulgee location. I was guaranteed these refunds, which total almost $1,000, and the Okmulgee location refuses to respond, cooperate, and refund the money they owe. I would very much appreciate a response and to get this situation handled, as I would hate to have to continue to give negative reviews of this business to all of the incoming college students that are searching for new home.
