The apartment is not handicapped accessible. I have requested for help for the removal of carpet in one of our bedrooms for easy use of wheelchair and transfer lift since September 2024, no one has attended to my request till date. There is an opening in the roof of my bathroom since last year as well and no one has attended to it either. The smell of weed is disturbing in the apartment and environment not as beautiful as it used to.
I’ve been living here for 6 years. It’s been great up to when the new property management company took over. It went down hill, they charge way too much for old run down apartments. Everything needs updating. I have doors that don’t lock, doors don’t stay closed, mold, windows so old it sounds like people in the room with you and the draft is horrible. Winter I have to put plastic on the windows, constantly have leaks, it’s been over a year still haven’t change air filters. Most places do it every 6 months. The people they h... read more
