The absolute worst place to ever live in durant. Maitnence people are clueless. They just hire some bums. People will find a reason to keep deposit or try and bullshit there way out of telling you why you are not getting it back. I have been without ac for literally 4 or 5 months and they give us 1 ac unit for a 2 bed 1 bath? Complete and utter jokes. Would NEVER recommend people to live here.
