I was very pleased with my apartment ,Jessica went way beyond my needs ,the office people are very friendly and did all she could to walk me thru my application and i am very grateful to all the staff. I am moving in and look forward to my new experience. Thank you all so much. Rate 5 stars
Great for the Price I have lives here for a year now and I am happy here. The apartments are older but they are well maintained. For the price and the space you cant bet it.
I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy! Durning the hottest months of the year it took them two months to finally come fix my ac. After giving me a new ac unit I live for a month for work. I turn off my ac unit. I come back after a month and find that my ac is still running even tho I turned it off! Now I'm stuck with a $230 electric bill! The manager is RUDE!!!!!
Its ok not that bad, moved here from out of state for military. they are one of the cheaper ones in fayetteville that isn't in the ghetto. its close to everyhting too
This may not be the greatest place to live but it's better than a lot of other places for the price. $600 for a 2br 2bath.
DO NOT LIVE HEAR. VERY DANGEROUS The automobiles and apartments are constantly broken into. The apartments are broken into in the daytime with the workers and neighbors witnessing the crime. The refuse to come forward.
PLEASE READ ME! Please learn from my mistake...ok, I live on a botttom floor apt in a fully occupied bldg. The walls and celing are EXTREMELY THIN. I hear my upstairs neighbor walking from 5pm until approx. 3am (I even hears when he uses the restroom) I hear my neighbors curse and physcially fight with perfect clarity (I could tell u exact words and conversations). I smell cig smoke constantly IN my apt and I DON'T SMOKE (its from my neighbors from ACROSS the breezeway, for we share a utility closet wall). At the end of the ... read more

read my story i just had my son and brought him home for the first time and they turned off my a/c, i could the office and asked them if they could find out whats going on and they told me that they would not so i went out side looked around my apartment and found out they cut it off from the box it was a 102 that day with my new born child, they care about money and thats all i found out that all there apartments still have asbestos in them.
