Poorly taken care of We have lived here for four years now. Loved it at first, but since krc management took over its been getting worse and worse. Had six months where there was no pest control and constantly attacked by fleas. It now smells like a litter box because the stray cats that live in the area constantly spray not just the bushes, but people's door as well. Longtime Valued Resident I have lived at Briarwood Apartment's in Clovis for well over 8 years! I absolutely love it here. Management is excellent! Lynn our current Manager is professional and courteous! She handles work orders promptly and genuinely cares for her Residents. The property stays clean and is well kept. The location is absolutely convenient and we are spoiled with everything close by! I want to mention a personal experience that occurred. Pricey but Peaceful (Good Location) A little pricey for an apartment that is not up to date (bathroom, appliances, outlets!). I first saw it listed for $725, they later charged us $765 because of new flooring, and I believe they just raised the rent to $775 . Otherwise everything is pretty much good. The apartment is very spacious and the closet is huge. The residents are very quiet and everyone seems welcoming. Excellent Location Great apartment complex, the pictures on apartments.com were a big help in deciding to move in here. Location is excellent, within walking distance of multiple shopping centers as well as the movie theatres. Very peaceful residents, always nice and quiet, family friendly area. Pool and laundry facility on site is a plus! The management is also amazing, super friendly and inviting. Ideal apartment complex, I would recommend to all.
