I've lived at Briarwood for 3 years now and I do really like the apartments. We started out in a 2 bedroom and eventually moved into a 1 bedroom, but both floor plans have A LOT of space! The complex is nice, the property manager Terri has been super accommodating, and all of the maintenance workers have been very friendly and quick to get the job done. Even though people have complained about the move out process I found them to be very fair. I did a through job cleaning the apartment, but I missed a few small details. Even so, I received my full deposit back. The Briarwood community is wonderful, quiet and all great neighbors. Your located within walking distance to grocery, restaurants, gyms, parks, trails, and a lot more. I really enjoyed my time living there and would still be there if I hadn't bought a home.

Be aware. The staff are mostly nice until you move out! They are ruthless and most likely will not give you your deposit back. I know a handful of people who cleaned for hours and hours and were still charged hundreds of dollars for “cleaning fees” at move out. We are already very clean and we cleaned for 60 hours at move out and were still charged $60 for small amounts of residue from the cleaner we used (it was barely visible to the human eye).
