I have lived at Briarwood apartment for close to a year. The apartment is clean and well maintained. I would like to give a shout out to the manager Nedya, she is very warm and helpful. Goes out of her way to resolve issues promptly. Would recommend this apartment.
I’ve seen so much change for the better since Neyda has become the manager we always feel comfortable asking her for any requests or maintenance of our home it is not hard to communicate with Neyda for anything thank you for all you do !
LOVE LOVE LOVE This place! I'll say it again I LOVE IT HERE! Property Manger Neyda is seriously the best manager I have ever had. I have been a tenet for about 4 years now. The first year was rough because the old manager Vanessa would do absolutely nothing. (hence the bad reviews)... but now under Neyda the property has changed for the better.
