My fiancé and I have lived in these apartments for about 2 months now and it has been great. Any issues that arise always get solved with top priority, and it is nice and relaxing here :) the property manager Neyda is super friendly and helpful. I can honestly say I have zero complaints and it’s been a great first apartment for my partner and I. We also enjoy that it’s close to downtown and university village so there’s never a shortage of good restaurants nearby.

I recently moved into the Briarwood apartments. So far, I’m impressed! The apartment has a great layout, large kitchen area which I absolutely love. The location is also fantastic, close to many stores and lots of shops. The manager, Neyda has been nothing but great to us. She is on top of everything, and a super sweet and kind human being! She has made this move in process so easy for me. It’s also a pretty quiet complex, and a good environment. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

I had a lease here from 04/23 to 04/24 and in that year we went through 3 different property managers, all of which do not communicate with the tenants. It takes at least a dozen texts/phone calls to the current manager just to get a short, generic response. My lease ended on 4/30/24 and I even put in my 30 day notice at the appropriate time and they are charging me for rent for May despite me handing over the keys and speaking to the property manager face to face.
