Not sure really! It's a place to live, but there are a lot of crack heads around here that think they can do anything they want when all they are doing is being stupid & doing dumb ass things! As far as rent, it is supposed to be based on your income. I think they are charging too much money! My rent was $0 when I wasn't working. Then it went to $65, then $107, then $125, and now it's $200 per month & I don't work any more hours than I have been working! This all happened within a years time.
