Needs a update. windows condensated so badly that it leaked into the floor and my bed mold was growing all around.
RecommendedNice place to live. A bit pricey for the size of the apartment and there could be more parking places. Only issue i have personally, is that the office managment have been talking about raising the rent when we already pay $885 a month.
The rent is cheap compared to others but what you are saving you will for sure spend on your consumers bill because things are so outdated. I have been dealing with a broken/unsafe oven for at least 2 years. When I turn the stove on, the burner also turns on.
Unless you have a carport. Good luck finding somewhere to park at night. There are currently people parking in other lots and walking to their building cause their lot is full. Neighbor downstairs from me has dogs that bark literally non stop all day and night even when she is home. I have complained a number of times, and yet nothing has been done! I keep getting the same remark "we are working to remedy the problem." Um no you're not! And good luck getting things fixed or replaced. I had to threaten to put my rent into an ... read more
