They've been doing routine pest control, which would be fine. But in my experience pest control doesn't have several months of follow up visits. Some tenants are being charged a $95 late fee for "return service". What doesn't make sense is that the "return service" is affecting every single tenant, regardless of a late fee or not. 5th time being here during their posted open office hours (9-5) and NO ONE is here.
They Deserve No Star but without a star we can’t put review. This community steal your hardcore earn money. They put you extra charges even they will not notify you abt those charges and that amount keep increasing with late fees.The office staff rude one of girl nice she is newly joined she respect u and ur time. So if you want to plan live in this place be sure u get information from them every charges what ever they gonna charge you Frankly never suggest my frds to live in this community. Thanks
