It was kinda good I liked the second floor view but that was the only good things about it and the people here are just rude but kinda good so I'll give u a 3
This is the 5th time I’ve come here during their posted office hours (9–5), and no one is here. Update: I checked with the manager. Apparently, they sometimes leave for lunch and/or to post overdue notices on doors in Turlock and Ceres, but none of that is reflected in their posted hours. If you need to stop by, call ahead—because their posted office hours are not reliable.
They've been doing routine pest control, which would be fine. But in my experience pest control doesn't have several months of follow up visits. Some tenants are being charged a $95 late fee for "return service". What doesn't make sense is that the "return service" is affecting every single tenant, regardless of a late fee or not. Rent is only going up, but I guess that's the rule, not the exception. Just like every apartment complex, you live here because your options are extremely limited, and landlords know that.
