You all are liars & thieves !!!! You all stole my dogs ESA BADGE & are lying about it ‼️‼️ you returned his old collar , but took the badge off of it ... then when I called to get an explanation, no one knows WTF I’m talking about ... you all tried to say he didn’t have that badge on him ! When HE DID! You all are liars & thieves! Never bringing my dog here AGAIN

I knew the minute I walked into the hospital I had Sadie in the right place for grooming. I was right. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and the grooming was perfect. I was made to feel very welcomed by the friendly staff. I have found the right place for my little dog. Sr. Joan Pfauser

A special shout out to the most incredible veterinarian in the universe! Dr. Colette Larocque from Briarwood Animal Hospital in Stoney Creek! She has been an inspiration, my rock when my Furbabies have been in need! She is kind, compassionate, and the person ALL my Furbabies go crazy for when they realize who they will be seeing! She has a true love and passion for what she does! One of my utmost favourite people in this universe! We love you Dr. Larocque
Over the years I have used all of their services for my cats and dogs. One f my dogs had chronic illness from age 6. With their care he lived to an old age of 14. They are the best. Excellent health care for my animals. They address all of my concerns with friendly, kind and efficient care.
For over 30 yrs, Briarwood Animal Hospital Doctors, Vet Techs, and Staff have provided consistent, exceptional care with compassion for our pets. They cherish nurturing relationships between pets and owners while promoting health and providing practical guidance and support. On everything from routine visits to emergencies, my family and friends are most grateful for their presence and practice.
Too long to type everything that happened with our dog. Vet techs and receptionists are poorly trained with proper administrative procedures/systems. Did not follow through with their responsibilities when our family member was in their hands. Still upset even after they refunded our money. Dr. Heath is a wonderful and caring doctor, unfortunately, will not be returning.
