Moved in to one of their apartments recently and this was the state of the dishwasher. Disgusting. I also had to clean out so many dead spiders from light fixtures, the microwave is from 2005, and there was false advertising of a washer and dryer when I found this apartment. Management is sub par. Maintenance is inconsiderate and tracks mud throughout apartment with no regard. Decent apartments with a decent location next to the University. If you're lucky, you'll never have to deal with First Management apart from move-in, move-out, and maintenance. My apartment was not immaculately cleaned before I moved in, but was in alright condition. Overall, I enjoyed living at Briarstone and would recommend it if the price and apartment work for you.
