I had a terrible stay especially when it came time to move out. Since I had paid the full security deposit out of all of my roomates (there were 3 of us total) I wanted to make sure the refund would come to me when we moved out. I went to the office and was assured by 3 different people that it would come to me. Imagine my surprise when I only got 1/3 of what I'd paid originally, becuase the rest went to me roomates. This is a poorly managed apartment complex. It also has numerous problems regarding safety and security as it has numerous break-ins each year, specifically garages. Many of the buildings are in need of new carpets, and many apartments don't have smoke alarms installed. The property management staff looks the "other way" on many issues, specifically safety and security of the grounds. Maintenance requests are often "ignored" or only done after numerous requests.
