5 star for the service and the food. The food was beautifully presented and the tastes were complex. How this place is not reservation only is beyond me. Can't wait until the next time I am in the area to enjoy the course meals.

Great food with a lot of character. Have enjoyed a few wonderful dinners here and a fun murder mystery dinner. Recommend to anyone in the Springs. The place could use a touch up to improve initial impressions.

We came on Feb 18th for a late valentines dinner. The staff was great. We were early for our reservation. They happily took some pictures of my boyfriend and I, and led us to our table without a wait, even though we were almost 30 minutes early! Fine dining at its best, 5 star rating, the staff is very friendly, and although they do not really have a kids menu, they accommodated my son perfectly. The food is exceptional, although a bit pricey, The Briarhurst is the perfect place for that special occasion.
