We were recommended to Paul and team by a coworker. The service itself was ok. There were times when I felt they could have been more thorough and have had to call them back to complete the task properly and they’ve taken care of it, no problem. There have also been times when they do not show up in the time frame they say they will be there and then chasing someone down for an update is an annoyance but nothing more than that.
