I'm going to try my best to write this without obscenities, as for other people to see this it needs to be lacking of such. Absolutely, and I mean, ABSOLUTELY avoid this complex at all costs. The shear lack of care is astonishing. When we moved in, I immediately noticed several issues, all of which I presumed had been noted BEFORE move in, but God forbid I assume professionalism. My son stayed in one of the studio apartments. The neighborhood is quiet. I do recommend the apartment complex for a place to stay but....... if you do, take pictures of everything before you move in. Every wall, inside closet, and even the inside of the stove. Turn it in to the property managers!!! We lost 140$ of the deposit because the stove wasn't clean enough. Replace the drip covers on top to be safe. I have been a resident since 2004. Even after two decades, I still highly recommend Briargreen Apartments. It is with gratitude that I write this review. Property manager Lisa Gomez and assistant manager Jaci Mecki are superb. They provide an exceptional brand of resident care that is nearly extinct today. Their level of professionalism is unmatched. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! I actually had deleted my first 1 review for this place recently, but after pest control just walked into our apartment for the 8TH TIME while my wife was naked and breastfeeding our newborn, after we have called and been put on the do not enter list more than a dozen times I feel the need to reinstate my review of this place. Do not rent here! Disgusting place to live, there are car break ins constantly and management is criminally negligent. Maintenance / pest control will randomly enter your home at all hours of the day without notice or permission even when you specifically ask them not to. Unsafe place to live.
