Would give 4.5 stars. If you just need a place to sleep, this apartment complex is perfect. Not really any thrills but safe, bug-free, and good price. Close to everything too. The downside is shared air between apartments and noisy cars, but overall good community. Jaci and Lisa are the management team and great to work with. They always got repairs done quickly and really worked with me on my lease in my chaotic journey to buy a house. I didn’t ever have any serious issues in my stay here and can recommend.
This was my home for 1.8 years and I loved every bit of it. It truly became our home and we were extremely sad to leave it after moving out of state for new jobs. Our 2 bed 1.5 bath apartment was 4240 APT 4 which was right above the leasing office. The leasing office people were the kindest and always willing to help out whenever needed! I'm going to try my best to write this without obscenities, as for other people to see this it needs to be lacking of such. Absolutely, and I mean, ABSOLUTELY avoid this complex at all costs. The shear lack of care is astonishing. When we moved in, I immediately noticed several issues, all of which I presumed had been noted BEFORE move in, but God forbid I assume professionalism. My son stayed in one of the studio apartments. The neighborhood is quiet. I do recommend the apartment complex for a place to stay but....... if you do, take pictures of everything before you move in. Every wall, inside closet, and even the inside of the stove. Turn it in to the property managers!!! We lost 140$ of the deposit because the stove wasn't clean enough. Replace the drip covers on top to be safe.
