WARNING...DO NOT USE BRIARGATE MANAGEMENT. AWFUL PEOPLE. AWFUL. MAINTENANCE. THEY ARE CROOKS and try to trick people out of their deposit. They will not give you back your deposit. They will use the CHEAPEST paint (that literally wipes off with water...no joke. So, basically, the water that splashed back from washing my hands in the bathroom and kitchen was me “ruining” the walls ) and when your leave, say you ruined the walls and charge you for paint PLUS more fees !
