Horrible company to work with. Very poor communication. Takes weeks to get back to you, if they ever get back to you. Have a botched driveway that is clearly their fault due to giant pallets creating two large divots in my driveway during the building process but this company will not repair it. Rented their Clearwing units in Roscoe 2022-2023. Despite the circumstances I would say we are still very happy with the one year we've lived here. Overall, the apartment build quality is outdated, but they did redo the roofing on all of their units as of August 2023. The upper-level apartments have poor built decks that are completely rotten through and are held by merely a pair of nails.
