Absolutely horrible. Staff looked homeless and the place was disgusting
They do not answer the phones, on hold every time 20-30 minutes or more! Why do Business with such an inept group when there are so many choices?
I have been very impressed with my NP, Heather Winfield. She is kind and compassionate, and takes the time needed to truly assess my symptoms and concerns. We collaborate to develop and adjust my care as needed. Overall, I feel well cared for and trust her opinion and recommendations. Highly recommend this provider. I have also had scopes done at this clinic and the endoscopy team is top notch!! Very pleased with the care I receive at GACS!
The actual colonoscopy procedure and staff was wonderful, HOWEVER, I explained that my veins are hard to find for the IV. They poked me 3 times one so bad that 4 days later it still hurts and is a purple as can be. I called in to the patient manager she was sorry and told me a Dr. would call me... STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL :( end of NEXT day I Finally got a call from the Dr (who was again wonderful) and was told the head nurse would review procedures. Both my husband and I have been to GACS in the past year. Once for a colonoscopy which was easy peasy - not something I would say is common! Once for IBS and acid reflux symptoms. Both times the doctors were great listeners, showed concern and care, and explained or advised in easy to understand words. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you go there you definitely need to check out the toilets ;)
