This was my second visit to this clinic and, unfortunately, just as bad as the first. Honestly, I don’t understand how this place has so many good reviews. Maybe it’s for their procedures, but if you’re coming here to actually see the doctor, be prepared for disappointment. During my first visit, I needed medical paperwork completed for my job. Staff is very impressive in their friendliness professionalism. Procedure was over in no time and at the end, there's an espresso bar with a barista who brings you a coffee of your choice! Nice touch.

Trish Sanford is amazing! She listened to my needs, explained things in layman’s terms and entered data into my records to be shared with my doctors in another state. If I needed something after I left the appointment she responded back the same day!

I loved my provider here. She's incredible. However, I had a very important follow-up and due to the construction on Union and lanes going from 4 to 2 lanes, I ended up being 11 minutes late for my appointment. I tried calling to let them know that I was stuck just down the street, in traffic, because I had NEVER been late before. They never answered the phone, just kept me on hold until I walked into the office. I was then told, "too bad you didn't get here one minute earlier, we could have seen you." Jill Dana (Dr. Mann’s Nurse Practitioner) was absolutely amazing. Although she’s a fast talker, she explained everything thoroughly. I was very impressed with her expertise. She ordered bloodwork I had never heard of. She wanted to have as much information about my particular issues in order to be certain how to proceed with treatment. I appreciated her questions to me and made sure I didn’t have any further questions of her. I trust her and look forward to working with her in the future.
