My landlord is great, I’m speaking solely about property management/my experience living here thus far. If it wasn’t for the disturbing amount of dog feces, trifling neighbor’s that don’t clean up behind themselves or cut the music down at a certain time so people can actually get sleep for the next day, and the absence of a guard at the front gate leaving easy access for any and everyone to tailgate/walk in; this community might actually be a decent place to live.
The ladies are great to me all the time with explaining things to me. Shemeka & Natasha are great when I have anything going on they work things out for me quickly.

Lived here for a year worst of the worst !!!! Rented from Doug roulette worse landlord ever. Nothing never got fixed and all he wanted was rent every month. Charge way more than the unit even worth horrible experience
