I wanted to share my experience living in this complex with you. I thought you should know that, according to Rachel (the manager), the washers and dryers haven’t been working for about six months. I tried using five washers yesterday—none of them worked—and I checked five different buildings. I suspect more buildings might have the same issue. What made things worse was Rachel’s response when I brought it up. She was extremely rude and showed no concern at all about the situation.
The units are spacious, but they contain health hazards. Unsafe Black particles in water, and multiple pest infestations. You should not move here if you have health issues, allergies, or don't want to live with roaches.
These units are not what they seem. Beware
Rachel is amazing! She made the move in process easy and fast.
Incompetent office manager.
