Hunter is awesome!
This guy is a hack!! Building a new home his top and bottom plates never met up with a stud they just sat in between studs. When bracing the walls in the garage he drove nails through the brand new concrete! Doors were installed out of level! The deck was built out of level! When I say out of level I’m talking about 3-4 inches in a span of 15 feet. And two of the posts on the deck did not have concrete underneath them! Did not use cross bracing between the floor joists!
