We've been bringing our pets here for over 10 years, but after today we are through with Briarcrest veterinary clinic. Our dogs needed flea medicine so I went to their office to buy it but was rudely refused. Our dogs are perfectly healthy with up to date vaccinations, but Dr. White refused to sell it to me without seeing the dogs and paying for an exam first. In my opinion, this is extortion and unnecessary. It's simply an excuse to charge us an exam fee for 4 dogs just for the privilege to buy flea medicine. Very unethical... read more

I've been taking my pets to Dr. White for about 23 years now! They are friendly and helpful and most importantly, they treat their patients with respect! From hamsters to Rottweilers, they treat all my pets with a lot of care!
