I've owned a condo at Briarcliffe West for 5 years. The community is beautiful, well maintained, responsive, great to work with. Olympic size pool, 10 minute ride to the ocean, clubhouse is beautiful, parking is abundant and we have no crime. HOA maintains the financials well.
Club house once a month Myrtle Beach orchid clubs meets.
If you like living under corrupt mafia style HOA and Atalaya. Don't move here. They are corrupt and hide our dues in a Las Vegas Bank.. Mafia Style DO NOT MOVE HERE.. Atalaya fixes all the elections so a paid off freindly board contiues to take our moneyWe have huge assessments because of the place not being taken care of. We have 2 lawsuits were people fell down steps and we are getting sued. We have a 3500.00 assessment now.. but when the lawsuits come we could be looking at a $5000, assessment.
