RecommendedStaff was very friendly and caring. Gave plenty of information and answered all my questions.
My Mom had a colonoscopy that lasted 4 hours. A nurse told her she had a rough time and quit breathing during the procedure. I called to ask what happened after she returned home and the person I talked to said nothing about that was mentioned in the chart. She felt terrible for a few days and I took her to see her doctor. He thinks she must have aspirated during the procedure and now she has pneumonia. I would love to know what really happened during that colonoscopy.
Clean relaxed atmosphere friendly staff surgery was on time
Very friendly staff. Made my daughter comfortable with expectations of her surgery. Doctors gave time & attention to explaining the process to us.
