Do not move here. It was a perfect place to live with professional management and experienced and efficient maintenance until the beginning of this year when we got new management. It is extremely hard to get a maintenance request taking care of and extremely hard to get someone to communicate with you. I hate it here now and I cannot wait to get out of here. Move to one of the old management companies properties which is Curry Property Management. They are great.
Nice Quiet Place to live
The apartment i lived in was perfect for the time i was there. The neighbors and staff were friendly. And yes that included Darin Cates who always had something nice to say or help jumpstart my car. He wouldn’t write those negative comments.
