*A Pleasant Stay in These Apartments – Highly Recommend!* I’ve lived in these apartments for 6 years, and it’s been an incredibly pleasant experience. From day one, the service has always been quick and reliable. The staff are friendly and approachable, always willing to help whenever needed. This apartment has its fair share of issues just like any other apartment complex. But I have to hand it the staff for being on top of it and handling tickets and complaints in a timely manner. Can’t say that for a lot of apartments.
Edit to add- I lived here for almost 4 years. Only 3 months were left for lease to end. Still had to pay a fine of 3 months rent to break the lease which was around 3.5k. This is a huge amount and I expected the leasing office to waive it for an old tenant who also brought in many families in this community. I was also fined 535$ because the kitchen counter had detached from the wall and had some stains. This was really unexpected as I had asked the maintenance many times to fix the counter. It’s almost been a year living here and I have enjoyed it. There’s a small stream in front of my building that is very peaceful to listen to on the bench on a nice day. I live in the bottom floor so moving in was easy and since it’s almost sound proof, I don’t hear people walking over my head. It does get very cold in the winter because of the draft from the vent connected to the control room on the patio. It’s quiet for the most part and the maintenance crew is great.
