I moved in this apartment building with my mother and my sister. We were told that the apartment was virtually soundproof, yet on our first day there we could hear the loud, thunderous footsteps of the family above us. Within our first month there, we noticed that the carpets were old and worn-out despite the leasing office telling us they were changed six months ago and they had to be replaced. She cares about the tenants, and willing to work with issues. We have been living in our apartment for a few years now and loving it. Maintenance are quick to address any unit problems. I love the landscaping work being performed @ Briarcliff East apartments. They have always been persistent with top-notch quality!!! My building has the best landscaping job!!!
It has been an enjoyable 9 years' experience living at Briarcliff Apts. for the following reasons: 1. Clean common areas 2. Lawns well maintained 3. Neighbors considerate and friendly 4. Management accessible to fix problems 5. Safe delivery from Walmart and Amazon 6. Excellent sound-proof Apt. 7. Excellent repair/maintenance staff, quick and professional 8. Signs of rodents everywhere including smell and endless rodent traps. Very negative neighbors (harassment issues with two of them). a management team that prioritizes long time residents and if you’re new they don’t make you a priority. the office employees lack proper communication between each other.
