I have been at this apartment complex for almost a year and have had a great experience so far. The apartment complex is very well kept, excellent maintenance team (shout-out to Davon and the rest of the team), and everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend this apartment. The reviews are very truthful in that the apartment is practically noise-free.
Don't move here at all! Maintenance doesn't do work orders. I just moved in a week ago on 9/2/2025. There was Beehives on the balcony, the shower drain is clogged and the carpets were filthy. The lease states that the carpets are steam cleaned prior to the previous tenents moving out but they never did that. The beehive and shower work orders were put in and they just closed them out through the online portal without doing anything. From day one, the service has always been quick and reliable. The staff are friendly and approachable, always willing to help whenever needed.
