Don't move here at all! Maintenance doesn't do work orders. I just moved in a week ago on 9/2/2025. There was Beehives on the balcony, the shower drain is clogged and the carpets were filthy. The lease states that the carpets are steam cleaned prior to the previous tenents moving out but they never did that. The beehive and shower work orders were put in and they just closed them out through the online portal without doing anything. *A Pleasant Stay in These Apartments – Highly Recommend!* I’ve lived in these apartments for 6 years, and it’s been an incredibly pleasant experience. From day one, the service has always been quick and reliable. The staff are friendly and approachable, always willing to help whenever needed. This apartment has its fair share of issues just like any other apartment complex. But I have to hand it the staff for being on top of it and handling tickets and complaints in a timely manner. Can’t say that for a lot of apartments.
