My previous dentist of 50 years has retired, leaving me bereft. A friend of mine, another retired dentist, recommended Dr. Patel and this practice to me and I had my first visit yesterday. I was very impressed and have nothing but good things to say. Every person I interacted with was kind, professional, and efficient. As a first-time patient at Briarcliff Dental Group, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Such an amazing dental appointment. Who can say that, right? From check -in ,to check- out, everyone was warm, welcoming and professional. Joy ,put me at ease from the 'get- go" and was amazing Dr. Patel- have never met such a friendly, informative and thorough Dentist. i went to a previous office and am so glad I checked your place out. This dental office is customer service excellence! I went for a cleaning as a new patient. Everyone was so personable, informative, and supportive. Annie and Keisha at the front desk were so sweet. My hygienist, Ariana, was amazing and gave great recommendations to improve my oral hygiene at home. My dentist, Dr. Patel was great and eased every concern I had. I have definitely found a home dentist here and would recommend anyone looking for a great dentist in the area.

I have been using Dr. Patel for a few years now, and I continue to be impressed. Everyone is so nice and friendly, while being very efficient and professional. This is the way a dentist practice should be. Highly recommend.
