Maintenance doesn't do work orders. I just moved in a week ago on 9/2/2025. There was Beehives on the balcony, the shower drain is clogged and the carpets were filthy. The lease states that the carpets are steam cleaned prior to the previous tenents moving out but they never did that. The beehive and shower work orders were put in and they just closed them out through the online portal without doing anything. Don't move to this apartment complex, even though the rent is cheap you'll be paying the price in other ways.
I want to thank Briarcliff Apartments East and especially my leasing agent Bria for making the approval process smooth and easy. They were very professional and kept me informed during the whole process.
Briarcliff has been a wonderful place to live. Both weekend and weekday staff at the rental office have been very helpful, efficient, and personable. The various maintenance men on the property have been so friendly and a pleasure to get to know. The apartment itself is extremely spacious, neighbors were friendly, building is quiet, and the grounds kept clean. Honestly, I’m not sure what else you could truly look for in an apartment.
I lived in a 2 br at Briarcliff East for 12 years with my one child.If I could have brought the apartment I would have that's how much I love it. I cried when leaving. Nice place to raise a family. And I had a golf course view which was a bonus. I would still be there if I didn't buy my house. Time for someone else to enjoy. Excellent rental office Excellent Maintenance team Valet trash - wonderful Safe neighborhood Peaceful walking Excellent schools Pool is beautiful with grilling.
