I’ve been a resident at Briarcliff Apartments since 2015 and have truly enjoyed living here. The property is always well cared for, maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, and the management team is courteous, helpful, and quick to respond. The community is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near shops and major roads. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I highly recommend Briarcliff to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable apartment community.

If anyone looking for a place to call home this is it! Everything is amazing here! The staff is wonderful and very attentive. The landlord Mr.Miller is an amazing guy he's approachable and helps out with any concerns you may have. I promise you if you rent here you won't regret it .
Maintenance doesn't do work orders. I just moved in a week ago on 9/2/2025. There was Beehives on the balcony, the shower drain is clogged and the carpets were filthy. The lease states that the carpets are steam cleaned prior to the previous tenents moving out but they never did that. The beehive and shower work orders were put in and they just closed them out through the online portal without doing anything. Don't move to this apartment complex, even though the rent is cheap you'll be paying the price in other ways.
