They allow you to live in mold and when you contact the leasing office, all they do is tell you to clean it yourself. I have no idea how anyone thinks this place is clean. And if there are any responses made back from a moisture problem, their toilet overflowed in the middle of the night while I was sleeping and their maintenance had no idea how to fix it. Lived here for 5 years never had any issues. One of the best apartment complex in town. In a nice area/neighborhood. Very clean and well managed.
They called me yesterday to tell me I had to clean up my two year old chalk drawings and a hopscotch I drew for her. They had to take the time out of their day to watch the security camera footage to know who to call. So, I can say with definitive proof BriarCliff hates joy.
If I could give a zero I would, mold infested apartments. Disgusting filled with bugs and nasty neighbors.
