They called me yesterday to tell me I had to clean up my two year old chalk drawings and a hopscotch I drew for her. They had to take the time out of their day to watch the security camera footage to know who to call. So, I can say with definitive proof BriarCliff hates joy.
If I could give a zero I would, mold infested apartments. Disgusting filled with bugs and nasty neighbors.
I had been talking to a very nice woman name Deb, stopped in two days later Deb was out of office. Whoever they have in place beyond horrible, lazy, not helpful. Apartments nice not worth horrible management mind you this was my first physical contact in person. And others in neighborhood advised horrible but wanted keep an open mind. Hard pass I’ll pay higher for better service.
I've been living in the Briarcliff apartments for about 2 months. The overall environment has been great, there's no loud neighbors, people are mindful and we have a private storage in the basement. I moved in w my mother in-law to help w her daily life. Ever since moving in I've noticed one important problem... Unfortunately. One of the dryers in our complex has a hole in the lint trap. This is extremely dangerous for my family and the other residents. (Fire hazard) Other dryers take twice as long to dry medium sized loads ... read more
