I've been living in the Briarcliff apartments for about 2 months. The overall environment has been great, there's no loud neighbors, people are mindful and we have a private storage in the basement. I moved in w my mother in-law to help w her daily life. Ever since moving in I've noticed one important problem... Unfortunately. One of the dryers in our complex has a hole in the lint trap. Terrible management!! These people stole money from me because of a fee that shouldn't have been there. Supposedly because they took money from the account when it was their wrong doing. Thiefs!!!!
Moving here has been a great decision from the administrators such as Debbie and maintenance staff such as Steve, an awesome experience. It has been a safe environment for my family and children to play knowing there is eyes all around so if anything was to occur then I'll know what happened. The staff would call monthly to check in to see if there were any work orders that were needed to be attended to which made me feel valued as a tenant. When we first moved in we had to write out any issues we saw with the apartment so we would not be charged for them. Our outlet was broken and when I asked them to come fix it, they tried to blame it on us and said it wasn't on our sheet. They called me a liar and would not listen to me while the maintenance guy made up whatever lie he felt like. Now we need them to fix something again and it's such hassle, I would rather just fix it ourselves or deal with it. Maintenance doesn't listen or believe you when you tell them thin... read more
