I have called no answer. I have sent several emails, messages on website no one responded to them as I am trying to rent an apartment there.
They allow you to live in mold and when you contact the leasing office, all they do is tell you to clean it yourself. I have no idea how anyone thinks this place is clean. And if there are any responses made back from a moisture problem, their toilet overflowed in the middle of the night while I was sleeping and their maintenance had no idea how to fix it. Lived here for 5 years never had any issues. One of the best apartment complex in town. In a nice area/neighborhood. Very clean and well managed.
