If I could give them a 0, I would. They are so unprofessional. I moved out on 2/20 from 2306 and gave them my new forwarding address and they have my e-mail for any final bill. They've never sent one over and had the nerve to turn it in to a debt collector for a $128 that wanted a $14 fee to collect a bill that I never received. What a scam! I've lived here 9 months and it's been the best apartment I've lived in so far. It's a small community of adults and families that are quiet and keep to themselves mostly. Maintenance is fast and easy. The 2 times I've had to deal with the leasing office, it was so quick and easy, everyone I've dealt with in the office has been amazing. My only complaint has been with another resident's all day music level and the office handled it immediately and the issue was resolved. I put in about 10 maintenance requests at 1 time because my unit was not updated and was frankly disgusting due to the previous tenants neglect … but Ardene showed up the same day, like an inspector he walked through the apartment and identified every problem and made multiple calls to schedule repairs while I was present for the phone calls. Ardene is a phenomenal employee, and overall a real gentleman
