I’m not even sure how up selling at a veterinarian is ethically possible for a person to do and still be able to sleep at night but they will do it. Everything is overpriced. Prescriptions are way overpriced and they don’t let you know you have other options for having them filled. One of my dogs had major surgery here and while still under their care, post surgery, she managed to cut her head open and they acted like it was no big deal and never apologized. Had a health check for my dog was told he was perfectly healthy changed his features and tick prevention and within a month my dog was dead the vets treatment was for infection and possibly cancer over 1100 dollars with no improvement and they kept trying to get me to put him down even tho they could not diagnose the disease. To add insult to injury they sent me a text today for a checkup this place will murder your pet and charge you a fortune for it avoid at all costs.

The staff here are amazing. Dr. Cleland and Dr. Freihaut are fantastic. Highly recommend.
I know that if I were working there I'd probably have a tough time keeping everyone and their pets straight. Every time I walk through the door with my dog, they immediately know us; no asking for my name or his. Along with this they're very friendly and you can tell they truly love animals.
These guys are hands-down the best of the best. They really care and have an incredible bedside manner ... I wish MY doctors could take a cue from them. A special shout out to Dr. Cleland and ti Jessica who has twice saved the life of my dachshunds (one from a pit bull attack and another from fentanyl poisoning). If not for the staff's rapid response, I would have very certainly lost my boys before their time.
