Very professional and courteous. They take care of the building and are very responsive
These guys are the worst. I was threatened and harassed so many times, even recently, that I finally just gave up and moved out. We had a nice community before the owners changed and had new management. Many of the tenants moved out or moved in and out, while complaining about the conditions of the flats and the poor management and disrespect. These men are bullies and have no respect for anyone, especially women! Denis is much worse than Rich. I am not sure if its the good cop, bad. cop, but there was no help, respect, and ... read more

The complete worst customer service or management company I have ever worked with. Ive lived in cities all over the world and have never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior by a management company. Other tenants had tried to make a claim and raise awareness to the actual owners of the building because the management is that bad and filed claims, with the city, yet their poor service and behavior continued.
