Briar Hills is an exceptional property! The location is ideal, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. Shannon, the manager, is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about both the property and the surrounding area, making the entire experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!
By far one of the best places to rent in omaha. Very affordable and spacious living. Best bang for your buck.
Management staff and maintenence are awesome very friendly. Dog parks are well kept. Maintenence requests are handled promptly. Overall a goid place to live and a great community. Getting ready to sign my 4th lease. Shannon and Keith are good people.
Management is very rude and unprofessional and spoke to us with a threatening demeanor. Worst experience I have had with an apartment complex.
I have lived at Briar Hills since February 2024. My first unit continually had wasps inside almost year round. I would go a few months without seeing one and then would be bombarded with them for days in a row. Nothing was ever concluded on how they were getting in and I let them know I would not be continuing my lease for this wasp reason and due to mold growing in/on my toilet and shower even with frequent cleaning.
