I had an issue with the front door lock this week and it needed replacing. Within 2 hours I had a new lock. I have being living at Briar Hill for 4 years and have always had a good experience with any maintenance requests. Good communication and follow up from the team. Great location and very quiet.

Briar Hills is an exceptional property! The location is ideal, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. Shannon, the manager, is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about both the property and the surrounding area, making the entire experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!
By far one of the best places to rent in omaha. Very affordable and spacious living. Best bang for your buck.
