If having a pool is important to you, don't rent here at briar hills. The pool was closed half the summer last year and this year the same thing. The fire pit which was supposed to be able to use is a total disaster with glass all over the ground and not cleaned up. This probably ain't the place to be right now. Management seems to be going downhill
They are pretty good at responding on issues
Malina has been very helpful and responsive to my needs.
I have lived at briar Hills since the beginning of 2025 was a little bit rough with management for my first year but ever since Malina has taken over things have gotten exponentially better. My requests are answered in a timely manner. She always picks up the phone. She’s always there to answer your questions. 10 out of 10. An amazing apartment to live in.
