After living here and experiencing other apartments, please don’t believe a word they say! When it comes to any amenities actually working or if you ever make a request for them to come fix it. Don’t expect it to be anytime soon. Management doesn’t ever answer any phone calls or emails. It doesn't matter how many times you call; you will not get a call back half the time. Also emergency maintenance here. Is definitely not a thing! They also charge ridiculous fees!! There’s also a community fee that basically goes to nothing.... read more
El problema contin�a!!
If having a pool is important to you, don't rent here at briar hills. The pool was closed half the summer last year and this year the same thing. The fire pit which was supposed to be able to use is a total disaster with glass all over the ground and not cleaned up, it's been broken for over 2 years now. This probably ain't the place to be right now. Management seems to be going downhill. We are on our 3rd property manager in a year... Same pool issue, it's never open on time and is closed alot of the time... Property manage... read more
Well if you like staying in a california style ghetto in west omaha then this is for you. Mold, potholes,rusted out community grills, a pool thats always closed. Im sure there is more like the middle of the nite when my ground level apartment flooded because they maintain nothing here and charge outragous rent i wouldnt pay 300 dollars for this shit hole in west omaha. Greedy owners that dont give a crap, they cant even keep a apartment manager for 5 minutes cause they suck!!! Unless you see a massve, expensive remodel then ... read more
