on-site property manager Karina & her techs are The Best. every issue that has come up & was within Karina’s control was handled in a timely manner. i am extremely grateful to Karina for this. Karina gets 10/10 laundry machines are mostly broken. our neighbors have all been respectful. Spring 2025 update: It’s so bad. Avoid renting here if you can. Property is worse than all posted descriptions.

I'll give it a 5 star because of Karina. Not only was she helpful when I was filling out the application for the Briar hill apartment. But after the lease was up, she even put in a good word for me when I moved to a new apartment.
Disgusted with this place. Rats now getting into the building due to massive holes in the air handler closet. Proper pest control would help as well but it must not be in the budget. Giant pile of garbage furniture near the dumpster... wonder where the rats came from... added new pictures of the half ass "repair" job they did. The Maintenance clown told me this is what Karina said to do so they can get another job done today....
