Nobody answers door or phone?! Nor do they answer voicemails. Apparently they are content with their current position?!
On January 20, 2024 a water sprinkler broke on the third floor and ruined five apartments. My apartment is on the first floor. Two of my walls and part of the ceiling were ripped out and thrown on my new carpet. This carpet was installed January 18th.. The company who did the work used my carpet as a drop cloth as they replaced the drywall. They did not cover my furniture or protect the carpet as they did the repairs therefore my new carpet is covered in paint. My entire apartment has a layer of white dust. I love living here, it's peaceful to some people, I believe I can change the atmosphere of all that live here if I were property manager! Have a blessed day!
Very nice apartments for 55 and up..... very quiet and laid back neighborhood with everything at your fingertips off the highway.
