I had a very bad experience in general and the worst was with one of the staff members. He was very unprofessional and had no respect to me while talking to me on several occasions to the point that I had to report him to Beztak company. I once called emergency maintenance but no one showed up (at least until I left the apt). Even when you ask for a regular maintenance, it takes days to do it and when I asked why, they said they are short in hands. We experienced terrible customer service from the office staff our whole time at BriarCove, and the apartments were in really bad shape.
Predatory company. Please understand the laws around your security deposit and fight them when they try to keep it. This company preys on customers who don’t know their rights.
RecommendedLiving at Briar Cove has been really nice! It is in a good location, has nice amenities and my neighbors have been very friendly! Overall, I am happy we moved here!
Your management needs to increase communication skills that are clear, honest, and complete. When the manager told me that our shower tile was to be replaced, she was not fully honest. She did not tell me that it would take a full day, that we could not use the shower for 24 hours, and that whole wall was being replaced – not just the two tiles that fell due to the dry, cracked caulking. Worst place I have ever lived. Office staff is rude and very unorganized. Not enough parking for residents.
