This is my honest review and honestly I feel somewhat bad for some of what I have to say. Upon moving into the complex, our interactions with our landlord were nothing but great - he came off as friendly, kind, empathetic and excited to have us be a part of the community and choose Kutztown View as our first place to live together as a family. Great quiet community. Maintenance issues completed quickly and professionally. Happy we chose this complex.
Everything was done in a timely manner and very well I might add my daughter had a leak in her room and it got cleaned up and it got repaired really quick and I was very pleased and I thank everybody and I appreciate their help and their work
Constant leaks, soft falling down ceilings, mold so bad that it makes the whole family sick, water coming through floors multiple times. Extremely shoddy management. The PA department of health needs to come and do inspections at these properties. Its a nightmare. Do NOT rent here. I wouldnt wish this place on my worst enemy. Look for mold in your units!! My grandchildren live here and its appalling. Do better Joe.
