The Kutztown view, what can I say other than I don’t recommend that anyone live here. Unless you of course you like mold in your walls, a hot water heater that stops working and gets replaced with one that leaks constantly and causes you hundreds of dollars from the borough. The thing that makes this complex so great is the property manager, Joe. He does an amazing job at running this place and making my family feel safe and supported. He is kind and always there when needed and resolves any situation to the best of his ability. The homes are spacious and have plenty of room for me and my family. I would absolutely recommend living here to any family with pets or young kids.
By far one of the best places I’ve lived! Property manager is on top of things and always has a quick response and resolution to any issues. A quiet, peaceful, family friendly community where I feel safe and comfortable sitting outside with my family and letting my children play outside. Landscaping comes every week keeping the grounds neat and tidy and units are updated and modern. I’ve never had an issue that hasn’t been resolved and feel like the environment and units are well worth the price!
One of the best move out experience I have. The manager is so professional and helpful. Maintenance comes as soon as you put your ticket in. The area and neighborhood is so quite. I am happy with my stay in Kutztown view .
Welcome to the new Brair Cliffs, now called Kutztown View with lipstick 💄 just painted on. New Management is horrendous in this place since Hadi left. You got the abomination of hell demon children running around hanging on the trees lining the streets and ripping leaves and limps from the trees wracking each other with them and screaming racist slurs at each others.
