Very friendly and knowledgable people. They made my buying experience a time to remember.
Before I even stepped through the door they made me feel like a member of the family. From the outside it doesn't look like a big dealership, but once you go inside, you can't tell you're so busy making friends and looking at the amazing bikes. I was introduced to the different departments and everyone who were there at the time. It's the 2nd closest dealership to me, but it's the one I'll go to every time.
After going to 4 different shops in philly ,finally found the best 1 customer service was the best . Thank you chuck
I brought my 05 flhti in to have it looked at for low rpm misfire and was treated so poorly by the new service manager that I didn't leave the bike there. I contacted management Kate verbally & Dwight via email and received no follow up as promised & in my opinion fell on def ears. I have used this dealership in the past & was always happy with the services however this was such a bad experience I will never bring any of my bikes here again.
