Not only does he do an incredible job on your heirloom oriental rugs, he is so generous with his time and advice about buying new rugs, pads, any questions you have about rugs. He knows other rug professionals all over the country and can make referrals if you live out of the WV area. First class businessman and all around fine young man.
I can not say enough good about these people!!! They took a very very old rug that was very sentimental ( belonged to my Mimi and papa) to me and literally brought it back to life!!! I have been so happy about it . It came apart on them more than once and they fixed it all up! ( it was an old braided rug) they did an amazing job and I highly recommend them to everyone!!! Brian has cleaned 2 Royal Kerman carpets for me. Excellent job both times. Price was very reasonable. Quick turnaround time. Have had other rugs cleaned in the past by other firms in the NY area and the carpets always came back distorted in shape. No distortion with Brian's cleaning and drying process. Easy to work with, Answers all questions. Very knowledgeable. If you need a carpet cleaned, This is the place to call.
Professional, efficient, and courteous, Brian has cleaned rugs twice for me. His prices are reasonable. As I have three elderly cats, I surely appreciate his services.
