So professional technicians are very respectful… they don’t try to “sell” anything extra and changed my filters (if you have them)
Phillip was my tech today. He let me know when he almost arrived. He was very sweet w my puppies which is such a relief. He found and scooped out a dead rat in my utility closet before replacing the capacitor and cleaning the coils. He also discovered that our Fan was On consistently instead of auto which helped explain why our electric bill was through the roof! He was so nice, laid back, efficient and answered all of my questions.
