I have purchased several items from Brian's Furniture over the years. A custom made solid oak TV stand , a Smith Brothers couch and chair. Solid oak TV stand is 22 years old and still in great shape. The couch and chair are 15 years old ; used daily and show no wear and tear in the fabric. They came with a lifetime warranty on the cushions and after 15 years that daily use was showing in their resilience. I bought mutple pieces this year in March. I will never buy Smith & Brothers again. I haven't had the furniture not even three months and the coach springs are squeaky. I spoke to Katie and manufacturer will fix it but I would have to pay deliver both ways. For coach to be picked up and then dropped off once fixed. I think the manufacturer should be held accountable. They should have someone to come out to the home to look at the coach and try fixing it . Color of the coach is nearly white . Love the furniture but they over promised and under delivered we were told 8-10 weeks took 13 which is fine but later than told but love it and was well worth the wait

We went into Brian's Furniture a few days ago at the main showroom looking for a new couch and loveseat set. We were met by Katie, who was very nice and helpful. After looking for a while and talking for a bit with both Katie and Renee, we began to gravitate towards a Norwalk set. We checked out the warehouse from Brian's (I would stick to the showroom, not sure it was worth going over) as well as several other furniture stores.
