Love the furniture but they over promised and under delivered we were told 8-10 weeks took 13 which is fine but later than told but love it and was well worth the wait
We went into Brian's Furniture a few days ago at the main showroom looking for a new couch and loveseat set. We were met by Katie, who was very nice and helpful. After looking for a while and talking for a bit with both Katie and Renee, we began to gravitate towards a Norwalk set. We checked out the warehouse from Brian's (I would stick to the showroom, not sure it was worth going over) as well as several other furniture stores. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. No pushy sales. Just straightforward discussion. Love the loveseat we purchased. On time delivery. The store seems small from the outside, but they display a wide variety of quality options inside. I went to many stores before finding Brian's. I will be back.
