I had Jason clean my HVAC ducts last month. He did an excellent job of outlining the stages before beginning. He discovered a little bird nest inside one of the exterior vents, which he carefully removed. It's excellent to hear that the system is now clear and safe to operate. The air quality has clearly improved.

We live in an older home with a lot of hidden vents, and I worried about what was lurking inside them.
