I clearly asked for a haircut that was exhibited on one of their haircut sample posters and it was very obviously a high fade cut, but when it was finally done, turns out to be a low fade haircut that looks clearly not like the one I asked for from the poster and then I asked her if she did not understood which haircut I asked for and she said that she did but apparently not.
