Brian and his crew are not only the best and most honest mechanics around, they are good people. You need a quick oil change or any repair done right, these guys are it!
Brian’s is the place to go if you want you vehicle fixed. Great customer service. They treat you like friends, not just another customer. The job is always done right. Fast, friendly service at a good price. They always call you to make sure everything was to your satisfaction.
Just moved to the area and needed some work done on our SUV ASAP. Found Brian's on google and let me assure you all of these reviews are true! Great guy, great work and fast courteous service. He worked out a plan for our car that got everything safe, but allowed us to save some money right before Christmas. We will be back for all of our cars needs and look forward to working with Brian again!
Our family only uses Brian's Auto for EVERYTHING from oil changes to bigger jobs. We drive from Devens MA because we trust him, he is responsive, professional, and does great work! At this point Brian is like family to us!!!
I have spent almost 25 years in the car business, I have to say that Brian's is the best place ever to bring your car. He is totally up front and honest with you. I admit it I procrastinate when it comes to my eng. service light and when and sometimes at the last minute I will call Brian and he will always make time for his customers, and with the crew he has, I have 2 other family members relying on his and his crew expertise and really not matter what an honest price and with the information of what they did and what should or could be taken care of latter down the road, once again Thank Brian and his crew for three more safe cars on the road.
