HORRIBLE SERVICE! Do not call them. The woman who answered the phone called me a liar. They have been here 4 times, replaced 3 parts, and still we do not have a working appliance. I am disgusted that someone could be in a service business and be so rude and unprofessional.
After making an appointment with mr appliance via Lowes, they came out and told me exactly what I already knew (I watched the tech Google to fail code) which took them 3 minutes to do. Quoted me $290 to fix it. I already knew the part was $75 so I thought that was outrageous. When I told them I'd pass and fix it myself, tech got annoyed and demanded $100 from me for him coming out. No one told me about a service fee (even though their website says upfront pricing). Tech also belittled me and basically said I couldn't fix it ... read more
Mr. Appliance has been several times to my home and each time they have always been very professional. They do a great job. Never leave a mess fix what they say they will. I use them everytime.
Receptionist left me a message that the service technician would be at my home between 3-5. I scheduled my day around that and took time off work. I got home exactly at 3:00 and there was a card on my door.. I called and they said that the technician was early and waited at my house for 26 minutes. I asked why he would leave before my scheduled 3:00 appointment and their excuse was that they called and left me a message that he was on his way. .?? WHAT?! I recommend to everybody not to use this company.
Brian is great to work with and always has been. Always calls if there is an issue with time, communicates times needed to order parts on new equipment, and gets paperwork submitted to the manufacturers. With more and more people retiring, Im glad to have him around.
The technician (John) came in to look at my Samsung Refrigerator that was not cooling on the fridge side. He stood looking in the fridge (not touching anything mind you) for five minutes. Then he went out to his van for another 10 minutes. After that he came back in and told me the repair was going to cost $515 to fix. Of course, I wasn't going to pay that much for a repair when that's half the cost of a new fridge. Lisa came out to repair our dryer yesterday. It mysteriously stopped working. She did a thorough diagnostic check. It took a few phone calls & a lot of brainstorming. Thankfully it was just a hidden loose fuse. Thank you Lisa for going the extra mile to solve our dead dryer problem!
I called to get someone here to fix my washer and they asked me what it was doing. Drew called me and told me it was something I could fix myself and walked me through it. Drew you are amazing.... highly recommend this company. I don't know of anyone else that would've done this.
We've used Mr. Appliance for our freezer, washing machine and microwave. Every time the service has been excellent and prompt with a reasonable and fair price. I will call them for any issues that come up again, and I highly recommend the company.
