I have a freezer that was accumulating ice on the bottom.Its under warranty I called Lowes about it and they called Brians Repair on Tuesday and they were able to come out on Wed...Diane called Tuesday evening before to confirm I asked her if we should move the freezer out for the repair man She said yes then informed me if its too close to the walls I would have to pay for the repair.I said Wait a minute your guy was here a year ago to fix this same freezer shouldn't he of told me if it was too close to wall?.(Its 3 inches ... read more

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Could not fix my washer . Scratched my floor and service man said it can probably be buffed out . Left a message regarding problems and they would not come back because they said I was threatening . For days could not leave message because it was full . They claimed I filled it up on my 60 second message. Beware of this service company. We read reviews which were bad but they could come sooner so we said okay . Big mistake.! I was directed to Brian's Appliance by the Wirlpool Service Dept. so I called. He agreed to come look at it and at no point did we discuss cost for service. When I called back to ask, he said $70, which is $15 more than another company in town. When I mentioned this to him, he complained that I took work from him by securing the appointment. Then he became belligerent and told me not to call them again. No need to worry about that. I would be happy to lose his number.

Worst service EVER! Has had my washing machine for 3 weeks and won't answer my calls. Suppose to be replacing bearing kit and called a week and a half later and said now the tub is leaking haven't heard back since. Was going to charge 50$ to come pick it up so my husband and I took it to him at his house. I want my washer back!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Do not call them. The woman who answered the phone called me a liar. They have been here 4 times, replaced 3 parts, and still we do not have a working appliance. I am disgusted that someone could be in a service business and be so rude and unprofessional.

Brian is great to work with and always has been. Always calls if there is an issue with time, communicates times needed to order parts on new equipment, and gets paperwork submitted to the manufacturers. With more and more people retiring, Im glad to have him around.

Worst repair service ever.. I had my brand new whirlpool frig repaired by them... Took them almost a week to come out.. they canceled whirlpools appt... the man did not have the knowledge to repair a new frig... He also will not return a call.. As he left the house he said any problems give me a call.. thats a joke...... would not recommend them to anyone..

I have a front load washer and dyer from a rent to own store, the washer started not spinning out all the way, the rent store sent out a repair person that worked on it twice in two months and still did not fix it.
